Katy collaborates with donors, families, philanthropies and mission-driven CEOs to accelerate their impact. She brings a unique blend of experience spanning philanthropy, non-profits, and the private sector.

Katy brings more than 15 years of experience, with expertise in data-driven strategy development, organizational design, grantmaking, and executive collaboration. Katy knows how to partner with CEOs, launch and operationalize initiatives, and build trust across diverse stakeholders. While she has significant expertise in reproductive health, she has worked across issue areas and is fueled by a passion for taking action and “seeing the change.”

Katy was previously the Director of Contraceptive Choice & Access at Arnold Ventures, where she developed a new portfolio strategy, deployed more than $30M, and advanced affordability and practical access to birth control. Prior to that, she led engagements for Bain & Company, focused on transformative growth strategy and change management for private equity-owned, healthcare, and social sector clients. Her other career chapters have included collaboration with top leaders across Google’s philanthropy, Texas politics, and Planned Parenthood’s national office.

Katy earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated from Princeton University with a BA in public policy. She lives in her hometown, Houston, with her family.
